Nokia Introduces New 6208 Classic in Indian Market





Nokia has recently introduced its first Series 40 touch-input phone Nokia 6208 Classic in India with features like a pen input along with an alphanumeric keypad and handwriting recognition features.

Nokia 6208 Classic is priced at Rs 13,259 approximately. The phone comes in Titanium Grey colour.

Speaking at the launch, Vineet Taneja, Marketing Director, Nokia India said, "Nokia 6208 Classic is designed to give consumers an enhanced messaging experience."

Nokia 6208 Classic also supports optional microSD cards up to 8GB. Made from stainless steel, the phone features larger fonts for messaging and browsing. By removing the cleverly-concealed stylus from the back of the device, the user can easily write personal messages on the large 2.4" display. The phone features vibrant display, and attractive stainless steel finish for communication in style.

The new offering from Nokia has he 3.2-megapixel camera with dual LED flash, 8x digital zoom, Stereo MP3 player and FM radio, 64 MB internal user memory (13 MB free) and a 5-way navi-key.

Nokia 6208 Classic features larger fonts for messaging and browsing as well as viewing pictures and web pages. Nokia 6208 Classic supports tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz). The device is compatible with a host of accessories including Bluetooth headset, and mini speakers.

Nokia 6208 offers a talk time of 3.5 hours and a standby time of 300 hours. The video playback time is around 4 hours, video recording time is 2.5 hours and offers a maximum music playback time of 11 hours. The phone can store up to 2,000 contacts, claims Nokia.

The Nokia 6208 Classic is made from materials such as stainless steel and features larger fonts for messaging and browsing as well as viewing pictures and web pages. The music player supports MP3, WMA, AAC, AAC+ and eAAC+ file formats.

Maurti Suzuki Launches its New Ritz


The Largest Car Maker of India, Maruti Suzuki, Launched its newest car Maruti Suzuki Ritz today.




Ritz will be the first BS-IV compliant car in India and will come in both petrol and diesel variants. The launch of new hatchback passenger car will further strengthen Maruti's leadership in the highly competitive compact car segment. With 52 percent market share, Maruti Suzuki leads the premium A2 segment. The new car has been designed keeping in mind the comfort factor of the passengers. Ritz features a comfortable rare seat that can accommodate 3 passengers at a time.

The company has kept the suspension of the vehicle with a ground clearance of 170 mm, which enables comfortable driving on Indian roads. The new Maruti car will be available in two different engine options.
